Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, Late Arrivals & Travel Policy
At LuXperience Skin Studio, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, whether you are visiting us in studio or we are traveling to you for an in-home service.
Because of the personalized nature of our services, we kindly require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients who are waiting to be serviced.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
No call / No show appointments will be charged 100% of the service and may result in restrictions on future bookings.
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that time, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid disrupting the schedule for other clients.
In-Home Services & Travel Fee
For clients booking in-home services, please note:
A travel fee is added to your service total based on distance.
Travel fees are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your appointment, as time and scheduling have already been allocated.
If we arrive and are unable to perform the service due to client unavailability, the appointment will be considered a no call / no show.
We always aim to be understanding if you are running behind, however, timeliness ensures we can deliver the full luxury experience to every client we serve throughout the day.
Appointments at LuXperience are in high demand, and honoring your scheduled time ensures everyone has access to the care they deserve.
Children & Additional Guests
To maintain a peaceful, relaxing, and professional environment for all clients:
Children and additional guests are not permitted during appointments unless being serviced.
This applies to both in-studio and in-home services.
Clients arriving with unserviced children or guests will be asked to reschedule and may be subject to the cancellation policy.
Our goal is to provide every client with a calm, uninterrupted self-care experience from start to finish.
